As a General manager you will be responsible for consistently delivering to the highest company standard, you will also be responsible for

• Health & Safety,
• Stock Control,
• Recruitment & Training,
• Budgeting & Forecasting,
• Marketing and be able to work closely with the head chef to maintain GP and labour costs.
• Achieving sales forecasts and budgets.

You will have a real passion for fresh produce and want to inspire our customers with new ideas of cooking and eating Fish and Seafood.
